My grand parents were George Richard Henshaw and Josehpine Martin (Rusk). I never knew George Richard - he was a causualty of the 1918 flu pandemic. My mother was Bobbie Lenel Hendshaw Smith who died at age 85 in 2001. She kept in touch with cousin Hattie and the Vanderber family in Eufaula and she kept up the Henshaw home in Eufaula which is now owned by her oldest son, Richard Vertrees Smith of Oklahoma City. I now reside in Kalamazoo Michigan.
