1895 is the date the book was published. The History is of the county and individual townships back to their beginnings.

I did not see either Moses Shaw or Rachel Page in the Biographical Sketches section, and didn't see either name quickly looking through the Goshen Township History.

William Shaw – b. 1834, son of Isaiah and Sarah (True) Shaw. William is the 4th child of 14 children. Married first Sarah Garver, married second Martha Wilson (widow of Hugh Leonard). – From Oxford Township.

Asbury Page, farmer and stock raiser b. 1828. Married Lucinda Shaw (born 1831), daughter of A. F. Shaw. – From Union Township.
