Thanks for answering this post. It is a pleasure knowing that you are related to the Richardson Family. Back in April I took numerous pictures of the old farmhouse and could actually walk around the inside, though some of the birds didn't like it. Loved the cistern in the yard and I could just imagine the Civil War Soldiers drinking from it.

Do you happen to know the exact story about the two Civil War Soldiers (Confederates) that are buried on the property?

Like I have mentioned previously - it is my intention in the Fall to attempt to put your Family Cemetery back in order, if the land owner will allow me to do so.
