Do you know what her parents names were? What was your grandmother's name? I have a little history of the Orth name. I also visited Orth, Germany where the family came from/ Orth's were aristocratic, true blue bloods in Europe. Baltic Prince and blood line back to the Austirian Emperor. I also stood on the gounds of Orth castle Orth means to the point or intersection of something.

My great grandfather who came to America was named Christian Orth. He had a brother named John and a sister named Susanna. I don't know anything about his siblings except that they both came to America too. I recall a story about a cousin who was still in Europe and was a big name musician, his name was Bernard Orth. I can't seem to find anything on him either. I'll have to pull my documentation on my great grandfather and find out what town/village he came from and write back.
