I found reference to that cemetery volume as well - I think your best bet would be to get on the Hamilton Co. mailing list and give the names, circumstances of cholera deaths and timing and ask if there's anyone who has the Volume 13 and would be willing to see if they are listed.
There's still an unfortunate chance that those folks were buried so hurriedly that names were not always kept. And since they seem to have had only small children left, there may not have been local relatives to do anything more.
