Hi,
I had a look at another tree and it has a Frances NAIRNE born 1856 to Robert NAIRNE and Julia MALONE.
They have Scotland listed as birth place and have a death date of 3 Dec 1875 for Robert but NSW BDM shows it as
5637/1875 NAIRNE WILLIAM R ROBERT DIED NANDOURA CASSILIS

Trees are not always correct but not bad place to get a kick start.
