I think there is an introductory offer for genealogybank of $9.99, a monthly cost of about $20 and a yearly cost ranging from about $50 to $70 if I remember correctly. I have used the site very often and have found it relatively easy for me to use. I usually try to find a special offer. The Philadelphia Inquirer there only goes up to 1923. There is a free Philadelphia Inquirer database that goes up to around 1970's but is not very easy for searching; it's the Old Fulton Postcards website. I find a successful hit there maybe 10% of the time.
