Ancestry.com does not care whether any tree is accurate in any respect at all. Since the trees are marketing devices for database subscriptions (and to some extent for FTM), the corporation is unlikely to put restrictions on any means of creating a tree.

If you want a tree-hosting site that is strictly evidence-based, start one yourself.
