I'm descended from Reece's brother William W. Coulter. They were born in Virginia (now West Virginia). Their father was Corbin Colter who came from Maryland and was born in Sussex County, Delaware. Reece William married sisters, Rhoda Sarah Pugh. I can put you in touch with descendants of Joseph C. Coulter who have a lot of genealogical information.

Yes, I can send you a lot of information, but I think I'll turn you over to a couple of cousins who are descendants of Joseph P. Coulter and his father Reece: Richard Sandy. Warren, I'm a 3x granddaughter of Reece's son, Richard and have been working along the same lines as Sandy. I had the good fortune to meet Richard from Indiana several years ago and I live close to Sandy. I am trying to work research in around school and a full time nursing career.
