I would love help in determining the Philadelphia street name in the attached image. All I can make out is [616 East ____ ____, Phila, PA]

This is from a 1930 border crossing between my great grand uncle George Lyons and his cousin John Scott. I do not know how this John Scott ties into my known Scott relatives so if someone could help with the street name that will be my first clue.
