Still searching for information on six chimneys (formerly Ivy Chimneys), Kirkgate, wakefield. The information I have already is that it was demolished in 1941. My grandfather ran the business as a furniture dealer in the early 1900's but I am trying to find information on Harriet Holden who my grandafther and his family went to live with at six chimneys. Harriet was my grandmothers aunt and she ran the business as a Baker/Confectioner. I know she was born 1824 but can find no other information on her, ie, if she was married, had children etc. I have done the usual searches but have met a brick wall. If anyone has any info on the above or six chimneys in general (other than photos) as I have these, I would very much like to hear from them. Or if you can assist with any other places I could look.
