I am searching for three children who were born in Peoria, Illinois. They were born either Proctor of St. Francis Hospital there. They were Joyce Crail, William Crail and Charles Crail. They were taken by the child care services or welfare about 1853 and adopted out to other families. If the adopted parents would contact me, I would be extremely happy to hear from them. I am an Aunt to these children. If they want to contact me ok but I can assure them I would not let their whearabouts go any further unless the say it would be OK. I have contacted the MIdwest Adoption Center in Des Plaines, Ill to try to find them. Would appreciate any information anyone can give me on these children.
