I am trying to how to get information on the births of two of my uncles. Joseph Walter Born- 1912-13 died 1977 and Raymond Walter Born 1914-15 Died 2005. I am hoping their birth certificates will list who their mother was. I am also wondering if births were recorded in 1885? That is the birth of my grandfather Joseph Henry Walter.
