JOSEPH TOWNSEND to JOHN NEWBROUGH, Deed recorded, not until February 7, A.D. 1868. This Indenture made the twenty-fifth day of December in the year of our Lord, 1731 being the fifth year of the reign of King George the Second over Great Briton. Between JOSEPH TOWNSEND of the township of Bradford in the County of Chester in the Province of Pennsylvania, yeoman and MARTHA, his wife of the one part, and JOHN NEWBROUGH of the same Township, yeoman of the other part.

I cannot find any mention of Joseph Newbrough in Old Swinford records, maybe he was in Kingswinford?
