A wonderful young woman would like to find her birth parents. She was born in either Grand Forks or Fargo, North Dakota, in May 1981. Her adoption was handled through a Catholic agency, and her adoptive parents also had adopted a baby boy a few years earlier.

North Dakota seems to have some rigid restrictions on providing specific birth information. Even the basic information from the Catholic adoption service is quite expensive, and they can't promise we would get anything useful. We're having some trouble figuring out how to proceed.

This young woman grew up to be a great wife & mother. Her life is full, but she would appreciate knowing more about the circumstances of her birth.

We would appreciate any advice or suggestions.
