Hello. I recently did YDNA testing. I came back with a match at the 12 marker level with a genetic distance of 0. However, we do not come up as a match at the 25 or 37 marker level. We both tested at the 37 marker level. Can someone explain how this is possible? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
