My father and I have been at a dead end for several years now. I can track my paternal lineage as far back as David, or William David, but no further. From what I can piece together he was married to a Mary Butler b. abt 1834. (Potentially Mary Pinkley). Census records have David being born in Indiana, and potentially Tennessee. Children are as follows:
Sarah - abt. 1848
Thomas - abt 1853
James K R - abt 1856
Rachel E - abt 1862
David William - 1865
Margaret (Mary) - 1868
George W. - 1870

The family was in Missouri per the 1860, 1870 and 1880 census records.
