I am executor for an elderly lady who's mother's maiden name was Connolly. In her records I found a letter written in 1972 which gives information on the Connolly family, listing birth years and deaths, some marriages, children, etc.
Some of the people listed are: Patrick Connolly b. 1814 d. 1883; Bridget Connolly b. ca 1816 d. 1895 in Wisconsin; Owen Connolly b. ca 1822 in Ireland; James Connolly b. ca 1826 in Ireland d. 1898 in Wisconsin; Thomas Connolly b. ca 1829 in Ireland d. ca 1852; Rose Connolly b. 1832; Edward Connolly b. 1835 County Monghan d. 1919 in Texas.
These people all appear to be children of Thomas Connolly b. ca 1787. There is information regarding their children given which would be much too long to list here.
If anyone needs this information, I will be happy to furnish you with it. The lady who had the information left no known living relatives, so I have nobody to pass this along to and I certainly hate to destroy it if it is of value to someone.
