The SOUNDEX of the 1930 census of Fulton County Georgia shows my father and his brother William (Billy) and Jimmie McCollum in what appears to be an orphanage run by a Dorothy M. Miller. Unfortunately, the SOUNDEX reference to the actual census enumeration district is incorrect - it shows ED 61-54, family number 0120. Can anyone tell me if there was an orphanage in 1930 and where it was located. This facility had about 30 children.
