I am searching for my bio father/paternal family

I am 30.5 years old
I have very little to go on other than a first name and basic physical description and location where he and my mother met:

His DOB is around 1950-1960
Height 6ft+
Brown hair
Blue eyes
Fair skin

He and my mom met at Mondo's, a small bar in eastern Kansas City Missouri, it would have been december 1981.

He claimed to be living in Independence MO at the time

I do not have any other information to go on, all I know is that my mom only saw him a time or two and never saw him again.

I do know that I inherited my blood type from him as I do not have my mothers blood type, or the same type of either of her parents. Also I am left-handed which I have read is thought to be inherited from the paternal side so it is possible my bio father may be left-handed, but not necessarily.

I have painstakingly researched this my entire life, and even went through a genetic test with another possible candidates family only to find out that we were not related.

My mother has been deceased now for almost 10 years, I would really like to connect with my bio father or at least his next of kin if he is not interested in knowing about me. At this point I am not necessarily looking for a father, but more to answer this question of who my bio father is and learning about my paternal family tree.
