I am looking for the above named lady, OR the woman who will identify with the names above as being their daughter. The Margaret Hamilton I am seeking lived in the Toronto, Ontario area in the late 1940's. At that time, she was dating my father, John Edward (Ted) Bourgault. As dad was born in 1931, she would be born with a few years of that year, either way. Unfortunately, I don't know a bunch more about her personally, other than the one I am seeking had a daughter with my father some time between 1948-1950. Their daughter was placed for adoption - but, was never a secret in our lives. My dad told me about her when I was in my teens - back then, there was no internet - and, he didn't even know at that point the gender of the baby. Approximately 12 years ago, the Margaret Hamilton I am looking for contacted my dad by phone, to let him know that their DAUGHTER had found her - first time Dad knew the gender. She went on to say that she'd given her no information about my dad - which crushed him. We lost my dad 2 years ago to cancer - I made a promise to him that I would find his first-born daughter. My dad had no siblings, and my grandparents passed years ago - I am the only person who can share with her the man our dad was.. that she was never a secret, and that he wanted to find her. I have photos, information, medical information - so much to share with her!
