Records from St John’s, St. James, St. Francis of Assisi Church Albany New York

Classification: Query
Surnames: Armstrong, Cullen, McMahon
Has anyone gotten records from St Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Albany? It is my understanding that St John’s and St. James merged under St Francis. The web site for the diocese says:
St. James, Albany
St. John's - St. Ann's, Albany
see
St. Francis of Assisi Parish, Albany

Now here is why I am asking. I have newspaper records showing that my ancestors, the family of William Henry Armstrong (my great grandfather,) were active in St James. I have it on good authority that a baptismal certificate for my grandfather’s sister Jane Armstrong exists from St Johns from 1888. I see it listed on some family history documents compiled in 80s, and while I don’t actually have a copy of it, it’s strongly suggested that it does exist.

I called last week and was told the person I needed to speak with wasn’t in. A message was left, but as yet, no call back. Does anyone know a specific name and email of the person to contact at the church?

Does anyone know what the church charges for records? Of course I’d like “everything they have” on my ancestors, but cost is a factor, and even if there was no charge, I wouldn’t dream of asking for so much. How many items would it be polite to request if there is no charge? Here are the possibilities…

Marriage of William Henry Armstrong to Mary Cullen (Between 1880 and 1883)
Birth/Baptism of Frederick Martin Armstrong, son of William and Mary, March of 1884
Death of Mary Cullen, December of 1884
Marriage of William Henry Armstrong to Anna McMahon, between 1885 and 1888.
Baptism of 4 kids from William and Anna between 1888 and 1894.

What I am really hoping to find is the name of my great great grand parents. I learned parents’ names on another branch of my tree from a marriage record in 1915. Are marriage records from the 1880s likely to have that info?
