I recently acquired a number of old photos that belonged to my paternal great-grandmother, Agnes Jane (Armstrong) Cavanaugh Tozer (1882-1958), daughter of Richard Armstrong (1857-1934) and Jane Crawford (1864-1942).

Among them are several formal portraits, but I have no information on who any of them are. I do, however, have names and locations for some of the photographers who took the photos. One was based in Arthur, Ont; one in Dundalk; and one in Owen Sound.

If I post links to the photos, is there any likelyhood that someone might recognize the people?

If I provide the names of the photo studios, could anyone by chance help me figure out some details of who the photographer was and when they were active? That might help me at least narrow down who is pictured.
