According to an excerpt from "A History of Tucker Co., WV: Book III", pg. 599, William was a Methodist preacher who came from an ancient English family. He came to MD after the American Revolution and settled near Baltimore. Looking for information regarding William and his ancestry. Any and all help is appreciated.
