Philip Skelly died in Fort Wayne,Allen County on Nov.8 1896.
He was a member of a Fort Wayne post of G.A.R. a Civil War
veterans organization. I need to locate the post records to
determine what military unit he served in and the date. The
G.A.R. posts that were in Fort Wayme were #40, Simon Bass;
#271, Anthony Lawton, #530, George Humphery; and # 590,
General Lawton. Also any family information that he might
have provided when he joined the G.A.R. Any information is
