Westfalen - address on envelope postmark Dortmund 1936

Surnames: Broecker, Brocker, Broker, Annel, Lindner, Landner
I have an envelope with a partial address and name from 1936 which was sent to my great grandmother Mary in Chicago. Her maiden name is Broecker. Can anyone read the address and let me know where I might search further?
