I am looking for information on my greatgrandmother Nellie T. Raymond who married Charles F. Raymond on Jan. 01, 1903 in warren Co. IL her madian name was Fetterly and according to her own hand on her marrage cert. she was born in Monmouth on Aug 07, 1876. Her father father is Harry B. Fetterly and her mother is Edith Ednington, how ever I can not find any record of her birth or anything else about her parents. Can anyone help?
