Confirmation of Arms in Burke's Armory

Hi all, I'm from Australia doing a bit of heraldry research for my family name RICHEY. I have a document here claiming that there's a record of that surname in Burke's General Armoury, with (apparently) an extract of that record.
Naturally, like so many genealogy resources this could be totally fabricated. Of course I'm aware of the custom of claiming rights to arms, and they could quite easily be unrelated to me in any fashion - however I am curious if this record in Burke's Armoury elitists.

I've listed both the description and a mock-up picture of the arms below - if anyone has access to a copy of Burkes General Armoury I'd be very interested to know if there are any entries for the surname RICHEY or possible variant RITCHIE.

Thanks

Description
"Gu. ona Chev. betw. three annulets or, as many annulets of the field."
Above the shield and helmets is the crest which is described as:
"A half bengal tiger, naturally coloured, ducally collared red."
