I am researching/searching for Onofrey family members. My husband's grandfather was John George Onofrey, born Jan. 15, 1913 in Pennsylvania. When he was 6 months old, his family moved back to what is now Slovakia. When he was 13 he returned alone to PA to work in the coal mines.

He left behind his parents (John & Dorothy Onofrey), brother Joseph and a sister (don't know her name, but she married "Andy" Renos & had a boy and a girl). We believe the family was located in/near Kosicke Hamre.

Any information you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
