I am looking for information on a Joel E. Ferris (1843-1918) who MAY be from Bradford County. Any connections or information on the Ferris's of Bradford county would be appreciated. Joel was a Civil War vet, died in Elmira, and had a brother James Frank Ferris, probably of PA.
