I am doing some research for a friend. She is short on info, so I'm throwing what we have out here to see if anyone is connected.

She has recently found her great grandfathers citizenship papers from 1867. His name was John Campion, wife Margeret (Molly). Other info includes the county of Essex, Newark, NJ. Family talk says he was possibly from Kilkenny. One of his daughters married a Devaney.

Anyone have anything remotely in agreement to any of this?
