My name is Denise Martin, I am trying to locate my birth father Dave Campbell. I am 35 years old with a wonderful husband & 3 healthy beautiful children (Justin 11, Kayla 9, Farrah 5. I don't want to cause any problems for his present family but I hope & pray he has desire to meet with me.
