Thank you both for the info! I truly appreciate it. I have another question. All my ancestry comes from the New England area and the Midwest. I noticed that a lot of my " 4th cousins" have Southern ancestry. Could my unknown grandfather have been from down south? My mother told me that he was from Kentucky. I am not sure if that is true or not. I guess his last name was Rose. He died in Pearl Harbor. However, my grandmother was not with one man at a time.
