I'm looking for the biological father of William George Otto b 1872 (Indiana or Michigan). I believe his biological mother was Mary A/E Partridge who gave him to the state of Indiana (Steuben Cnty) as being encouragable at age 10. This was about a year after his adoptive father (Christian Otto) died. Also, I'm wondering if George was on the Orphan Train, possibly from Indiana to Louisiana since that's where he was later known as George William Otto, got married, had children, and passed away.
