family hx says he was in san quentin. i have been unable to find him anywhere except on 1930 census then death july 1969 in calif. he was born in tenn. where else should i look? this was my foster mothers first child she gave up when he was 2 months old. hardest part of trying to put together this hx. thx MARTI
