My gg grandmother's sister Celinda Buck b. 1840 married Irvin Smith in 1865. They both died in 1874 and are buried at Twin Mound Cemetery, Clinton, Douglas County, Kansas. (per Find a Grave) They are listed as "mother and father" but I can't find a 1870 census record and have no children's names. There is a baby, Grace Nin Smith, who also died in 1874 buried at Twin Mound Cemetery but I don't know if the graves are close by and if she was possibly a daughter. Both Celinda and Irvin were fairly young so I imagine something unusual happened for them to die possibly at the same time. Anyone know more about this or more about this family?
