JUDY KAY MUNOZ - East Liverpool
Judy Kay Munoz, 56, of Harrison Street, died at 8:10 a.m. Tuesday, July 13, 1999, at the Beaver Medical Center following a lengthy illness. She was born in Paden City, W.Va., Dec. 28, 1942, a daughter of the lates James Roy and Mabel Medley Forrester. She lived most of her life in the area. She attended St. Ann;s Catholic Church. She is survivid by her husband, Nicholas R. Munoz at home; two daughters, Mrs. Mark (Deborah L.) Walton of East Liverpool and Mrs. Scott (Cynthia L. ) Burke of Chester; four sons, Nicholas Munoz of Wellsville, Gregory Munoz of East Liverpool, Brian Munoz of Midland and Scott D. Munoz at home; a brother, James Forrester of Brown Hills, N.J.; three sisters, Janet Vasil and Mrs. Larry (Karne Sue) Yard of Beaver and Mrs. Richard (Sandy) Reed of Monaca, Pa.; 10 grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter. Father George Balasko will be celebrant of a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the church. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery. Friends may call at the Dawson Funeral HOme from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday. A wake service will be held at 8:45 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
