Looking for info on Nancy "Mandy Simpson wife of John Shelby Thomas Neet. I can not find her listed on the 1850 Carroll County Census but she is listed on the 1860 census:
Shell Neat 43 Farmer KY
Mandy Neat 44 Tn
Louisa 5 MO
John 1 MO

That would make Mandy 39 when she had Louisa which was pretty old in those days to be having her first child. Was Mandy perhaps married before? I have requested a marriage certificate for them and hopefully they were married in Carroll County. Any help would be appreciated.
