I found this on the 1830 and 1840 census on Ancestry and was wondering if this maybe Isiah father and brother. They seem to be living next door to each other.
In the 1830 census

Isiah males under 5,1,20-30,1,
females under 5,1,20-30,1
Hugh Sr. males under 5,1,15-20,1,20-30,1,50-60,1
females 50-60,1
Hugh Jr. males under 5,1, 20-30,1
females under 5,2,20-30,1
They were in Montgomery Co. Ky. in both 1830 & 1840 census
Then in the 1850 Census Hugh Sr. was in Breckinridge Ky.
Hugh age 76 b 1774 Va.
Elizabeth 59 b 1791 Germany
George 23 b 1827 Ky
Mary 18 b 1832 Ky
Lucy E. b 1848 Ky

Hugh Jr. was still in Montgomery Co.Ky. in the 1850 Census

Sarah 45 b 1805 KY
TJ 23 b 1827 Ky
