I am trying to find my dad's family.
My dad was adopted from Germany by a military family. He was born Sept. 9, 1957 in Friedrichsthal (Saar), Straßurger Straße. He was also given the name, Klaus Jürgen.

His mother's name is Ilse Pauline Katharina Gard. On the birth certificate it also list a Thelen, I'm unsure of what relation this has to do with her. She was from Aumenau, Limburg-Weilburg, Hessen, Germany and was born Sept. 22, 1935.

Any help to locate and find anything on the family would help!
