Seeking info on Alexander Sturgeon. He was born about 1814 in Hart Co., Kentucky. Lived in Green Co., Kentucky in 1850. Moved to Platte Co., Missouri (1860 census). His wife is Sarah, born about 1813 in Green Co., Kentucky. Children are: John W., Hannah, Nancy, Anderson, David Crocket, Alexander, Henry, Julia and Jane. Hannah married Wm. Hollingsworth and lived in Atchison County, Kansas. Anderson Sturgeon married a Bethina, lived in Missouri. Alexander and Sarah Sturgeon are last found in 1870 living in Oak Mills, Atchison County, Kansas. I believe their daughter Nancy married Perry M. Routh. Nancy died in 1876 in Easton Twp., Leavenworth Co., Kansas.
