My aunt was adopted after her mother died in 1931 she was born 26 May 1928 her birth name was Phylis May Howick I have no idea what her adopted name was my father never even knew she had been adopted he spent years looking when I found out she had been adopted that seemed to be the end but I keep trying hoping she kept her name I go through details but haven't found anything I know she may be dead but it is just a missing part of our puzzle just wondered if anyone out there knew anything
