Can anyone help me untangle two Lanham families? I am looking for the father of Greenberry Lanham (b1818-d1887) m. Polly Lowe. Was it Mathew (Matthew?)Nathan or Andrew Jackson "John" Lanham? I have seen both in WFT and other sites.

ALSO, does anyone know of a Lanham that went out west as a wagon scout and ended up in eastern Washington possibly marrying an Indian woman?
