Registration, informal activities and visitation begin at 5:00 p.m. on Friday in the beautiful Butterfield Room. Because our setup committee is not permitted entry until late afternoon, it will not be open for visitation beforehand, however, the patio behind the Lodge is a beautiful place to gather, weather permitting. Everyone, all adults and children, please sign the Registration Sheet near the front door upon your arrival in the Butterfield Room on Friday. On Saturday a more in-depth registration will be requested.

FOOD: Meals and drinks will be available in the Butterfield Room. Donation cans are available for contributions which will go toward the cost for food expenses, such as the breakfast items, paper goods, etc.
FRIDAY - Snacks, sandwiches, and other finger foods will be provided Friday at 6:00 p.m. There is a nice restaurant down the hill from the Lodge and several eateries in Wilburton if cousins prefer a full meal.
SATURDAY AND SUNDAY A.M. - Continental-style foods, such as cereal, fruit, milk, coffee, juices, sweet rolls, etc. will be provided.
SATURDAY NOON - Please bring at least one dish. The rule of thumb is to bring enough food for your own family. Home-cooked dishes are preferred, but if cooking isn’t feasible for you, food from the deli, KFC, etc. is perfectly acceptable and thoroughly enjoyed.
SATURDAY P.M. - Supper will consist of leftovers, and in addition, a wiener and marshmallow roast is being held at the same time. Choose one or the other, or both!

AUCTION: Each family is encouraged to bring at least one auction item and plan to purchase one. Our auctions are held to help defray reunion expenses. The handmade items made by family members seem to bring higher bids.

BOOKS AVAILABLE:
1. GLENN-TUCKER COOKBOOK 2. DESCENDANTS OF JOHN AND ABIGAIL (ROGERS GLENN & ROBERT AND MARY TUCKER THROUGH
3. GLENN-TUCKER VX. CHOCTAW & CHICKASAW NATION
4. DESCENDANTS OF WILLIAM BARNES SR. THROUGH 1910

CHILDREN’S ACTIVITIES: Special activities for children will be provided on Saturday. Plans include
story telling about our ancestors and other Native Americans and sowing wildflower seeds around the Lodge and in the park. SO ... bring the kids and come on! Robbers Cave State Park was made for all ages! (See website below.)
