I am looking for Baltazar Sanchez. I believe him and his family are from Michoacan, Mexico. He is around 44-46 (Current date 5/2011), has a sister named Carmen and a younger brother whom I knew only as El Guero. There fathers name is Ernesto Sanchez and lived on Herbert street in Dallas back in the 80's with his then spouse Olga Hernandez.
