I found out that there may be a chance that America (Bear Paw), may have been adopted by a
John Spears and his wife at the Dwight Mission in Arkansas. If anyone has any info. on this sub-
ject I would be grateful for any help with this. There is a chance that her parents were born in
North Carolina.
