I am looking for information on William Basil Weatherford, b. in Georgia on February 14, 1806, d. September 2, 1894 in Marion County, Alabama. He appears to have spent most of his life in Marion County, Alabama; he was there by the time of the 1850 census. I am one of his gggg grandsons.

I am particularly interested in any identification of his parents or siblings. I would also be very interested in any information concerning the parants or siblings of his first wife, Dianna Scott.
