I am looking for information regarding my maternal grandmother's uncle, Gordon Raker. As far as I know, he was a victim of murder. I am also looking for any possible criminal convictions. His sister, my great-grandmother, was born Ruby Raker, married William H. Phillips (widowed), and married Michael Cebrian before her death in 1988. Their family was from Florida, I believe Sanford or Tampa. Any information would be very helpful!
