Anna Mucha was my mother's mother. She was born in Maruszyna 5 June 1881 the d of Wojciech of Zaskale and Rozalia Bartoszek--married Szaflary parish 9 Feb 1875. Anna's siblings were a half bro Michael Moczarny, Jozef, Marianna, Antonina, Agnieska, Catharina, and Michael. Anna gave birth to an illeg son Jakub in 1905. She travelled in 1906 with sister Antonina to join their sibling Agnieska who had arrived earlier. They also travelled with a Bartoszek cousin age 15. In 1909 sister Katherine joined the three other sisters in Chicago. Can't recall GA Kate's married name; think Agnes married a louis Skowronski; Toni married a Bruno Wondoloski. Anna married a fellow Galician of Ukrainian origin, name Michael Thomas (Tomasz). Mom had three siblings Paul, Peter, and Kathryn Pritchard.
