I wonder if there are birth records for Jonathan Jarman Brooks, b 25 Apr 1815 in Trumbull Co. Ohio?

Supposedly his parents were Oliver J. Brooks and Mary Jarman. Still looking for documenetation. He had a brother, Almond, b 16 May, 1821, place unsure, either Pennsylvania or Trumbull, Ohio. He had a sister, b 15 Oct 1824 in Trumbull, Ohio. Possibly other siblings.
